For women who miss feeling curious, playful, and excited about everyday life.

The Happiness Hunt

 Have you ever…

…looked up and realized another week disappeared?

…felt like life had become one long to-do list?

…wondered where the curious, adventurous version of you went?

…thought,“There has to be more than this.”

Imagine waking up with something to look forward to.

Imagine noticing beauty where you used to see routine.

Imagine ending the week with stories instead of another list of things you got done.

That’s what Wonder Seekers do.

I used to believe I needed…

…more time.

…more money.

…a vacation.

…a different city.

…the kids to grow up.
…getting divorced.

…life to finally slow down.

I don’t believe any of those things anymore.

I believe ordinary days can become extraordinary.

I believe curiosity is a superpower.

I believe a single shift in perspective can change an entire day.

I believe moments of play belong in every woman’s life.

I believe we have the power to shape our experience.

I believe magic is waiting for those willing to notice it.

If that feels true to you…

Welcome, Wonder Seeker.

Can you completely change the way you experience everyday life without changing jobs, moving cities, spending thousands on travel, or waiting for “someday”?

The answer is yes.

Join a Tribe of Wonder Seekers

When you join The Happiness Hunt, you’ll become part of our private community of women, where Wonder Seekers share their discoveries, perspective shifts, and everyday moments that changed the way they see life.

It’s amazing what happens when you’re surrounded by women who are all looking at the world through fresh eyes. One person’s realization often sparks another person’s breakthrough.

Before long, you’ll be encouraging each other, collecting new ideas, and seeing possibilities you may never have discovered on your own.

What It’s Like to Be a Wonder Seeker

Imagine becoming the woman who naturally creates a life she can’t wait to wake up to.

The woman who notices beauty where everyone else sees routine.

The woman who says yes before she talks herself out of it.

The woman who collects stories instead of waiting for them.

That’s what we’re practicing together.

Discoveries from the Happiness Hunters

I had so much fun with Jen's 10-day Happiness Hunt. Her energy is infectious, and the challenges were a wonderful way to add a burst of adventure to the middle of summer. Thanks, Jen!

This was a very magical moment! I went up the stairs of the neighborhood church- literally next door and I’ve never been here- and could see as much of a sundown as I can be seen around here… AND- on the side of the church, secluded, hidden-A SECRET GARDEN! I am enamored!!!!

The kids and I sat in on the open trunk of our SUV and watched the sky. There was an impending thunderstorm, so we didn’t wander far, but we listened to the wind and tried to hear any thunder. We had conversations about rainy weather and wildflowers, and about just how beautiful these clouds looked even though they were blocking our sunset.

Being a tourist at home has meant doing a little research and finding ‘things to do’ just as I would do when taking a trip. As soon as we arrived I felt such a spark of joy. They seemed slow because of all the construction, getting past all the blocked roads was an adventure in itself! The food was fresh and delicious. The people were so friendly!

One of the reasons this Happiness Hunt appealed to me was because we don’t have any vacations planned for this year. So I decided to spend some time researching a possible fall trip, and I came up with some ideas of when and where and how much to get our wheels turning on making this happen.

I want to get more “involved” with tarot cards :) art and personal practice…. been romancing this idea for ages! Today, on my lunch break I ventured out to Morgan to see Tarot exhbit, and OMG so inspired.

"I’ve been surprised by my growing confidence during this challenge. Being part of this group has changed me. I intentionally stay off social media, so this experience has felt like social media without social media—a place to connect, reflect, and be inspired without the noise. Your prompts have made me more intentional about how I experience my daily moments."

"One challenge encouraged us to talk with a stranger by asking open-ended questions, keeping the conversation positive, and listening more than we spoke. I loved practicing that mindset."

"On Main Character Energy Day, I applied those same principles when I reconnected with friends I hadn’t seen in over a decade. In a way, they were familiar strangers because so much time had passed. I spent our time together asking thoughtful questions, listening deeply, and approaching every conversation with gratitude. It brought me so much joy."

"Today I enjoyed a French Lunch Party with my neighbor of 30 years who recently retired and my best friend who I’ve known for 39 years. I learned new things about both of them which was an unexpected surprise. And we already discussed another opportunity to be together in the next few weeks."

"Due to the kindness of strangers, I got to do one of my favorite activities today! A couple that volunteered at the youth sailing class had us on their boat and even let my son steer! I don’t always say yes to opportunities like this but instead of shying away we went with it, and will have some great memories!"

"Today I went down my favorite stairwell at church only to discover a perfectly creepy space. Almost like a dark tunnel that if you kept going, you’d find something fascinating. I didn’t find anything fascinating, but it was fun to be down there, and I didn’t know that room existed until today."

"Our Happiness Hunt this past week has been a daily glimmer, a surprise and a puzzle to solve, and a source for creating my own glimmers in the future. Life can be heavy, but we can still be grateful for every breath, every chance for joy or beauty or playfulness, and for every dance and skip even if they can’t be captured on film."

"I’m noticing a shift in the way I’m perceiving myself inside my life during this hunt. Instead of seeing the world around me, molding me, I’m seeing myself more as the conductor of my world. I’m more aware of my power to create new experiences …. anytime I want. It feels exciting."

"As soon as I read this challenge, I knew where to go for my photo shoot. The old Pershing mural that is being installed at Wyuka is not far from our house but we haven’t made it over there yet to see the installation in progress. Dressed in fun red, white & blue for church, I perched on a bridge railing so I could get my blue & white seashell pants in the photo (my favorite part of my ensemble). I also learned how to use my camera from my watch!"

Your Guide

Hi, I’m Jen.

I’ve spent years running little experiments on my own life.

Some happened in a sketchbook.

Some happened while leading art retreats in France.

Some happened while teaching university students.

Some happened over coffee with women trying to figure out what they wanted next.

And every experiment kept leading me back to the same discovery.

A small shift in the way we see life can completely change the way we experience it.

I’ve watched women become more confident without taking a confidence class. They became more adventurous without buying a plane ticket. More creative without calling themselves artists. Nothing around them changed overnight...except for the shift in perception of themselves.

The Happiness Hunt is everything I’ve learned about creating those kinds of shifts, gathered into one experience.

It’s where creativity, mindset, curiosity, and community come together to help you become the kind of woman who creates a life you can’t wait to wake up to.
