Why am I am drawn to teach this? 

Because I know what it feels like to live in self-doubt. For decades, I held myself back, lived in fear, and didn’t feel confident. I cried and cried because my life wasn't adding up to what I envisioned for myself. I was frustrated by feeling stuck yet having so much passion to become more.

Over time, I learned how to break free from my limiting beliefs and create a life that feels exciting, aligned, and full of purpose.

Intro: Waking Up The Dream
This module introduces why I created the course and how my own battle with negative self-talk led to a complete mindset shift. I share the story of losing my confidence and realizing how deeply my thoughts shaped my reality. Through that experience, I developed a five-part process called the Growth Cycle to help others break free from the same patterns.

I’m Jen Landis. I am an artist, entrepreneur and mindset coach. Everything I live and teach comes from doing the work myself.
