10 fun activities with valuable lessons and experiences.

Here are the activities:

Activity 1: Build Communication Skills

You and your tween will practice talking to others by interviewing each other. I provide a series of fun questions to ask each other, then you will introduce each other like movie announcers.

Activity 2:
Embrace Mistakes

You and your tween will practice making mistakes on purpose. By learning that it's okay to make mistakes, your tween will become more comfortable trying new things.

Activity 3:
Gossip Free HWY

You and your tween will take on a gossip-free challenge week! Not only will you avoid gossiping about others, but you will also pledge not to gossip about yourselves!

Activity 4:
Spread Kindness

You and your tween will practice spreading kindness by creating "kindness cards" and giving them out to friends, family and leaving in public places for others to find.

Activity 5: Switch Negative Thinking

You and your tween will rewrite negative thoughts and turn them into new thoughts that provide ease and comfort. This is one of the most important life-altering skills both your and your tween can learn.

Activity 6:
Set SMART Goals

You and your tween will set and track SMART goals to show them how to achieve their goals one small step at a time.

Activity 7:
Create a Self-Care Plan

You and your tween will develop a self-care plan that equips both of you with strategies to handle stress.

Activity 8:
Relieve Stress Creatively

You and your tween will learn how to use creativity as a tool to feel better during stressful times.

Activity 9:
Discover Your Values

You and your tween will capture each of your great qualities and put them together in a personalized zine. This zine will be a reminder of how great you are whenever you need a boost.

Activity 10:

What Parents Are Saying

These lessons are like a beacon of light in a sometimes turbulent sea of emotions. I can’t recommend it enough.

Stacey Curnow, Family Counselor

Great for tweens and teens to help with things like appreciating yourself for you, overcoming a negative mindset, and finding inspiration to motivate yourself to do the things YOU want to do.

Jeralee Hahn, Mother/Entrepreneur

I also appreciate all the positive messages delivered in actionable, easy lessons-like how to get braved up, that it's more than okay to make mistakes and to practice being imperfect.

Christopher Franklin, Father/Entrepreneur

We loved doing the first module together and ended up talking for 2 hours. A rare occurence that I'm grateful for.

Lisa Guerra, Mother of Tween Boy

Jen Landis lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and is a true inspiration, dedicated to empowering others, especially youth, to dream big and believe in their potential. As a mom of two, ages 13 and 15, she understands the challenges of parenting teens. With unwavering determination, she has overcome her own obstacles and setbacks, and now uses what she’s learned to teach youth to do the same.

For the past 15 years, she has grown her product line, Pincurl Girls, where she uses her art to encourage girls to embrace their inner strength and confidence. Through her Art Gang initiative, she fosters creativity and self-expression, urging young girls to embrace their creativity.  Her book, "Skip The Bad Songs," provides invaluable guidance for navigating self-doubt and discovering inner strength.

When she isn't working with youth and adults on practicing a positive mindset, she is either teaching Graphic Design at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, or working on her tech start-up, MintKit.

Jen inspires others to confront their doubts, embrace failure as a stepping stone to growth, and pursue success with confidence and determination.
