This is a 72-day guided sketchbook practice using drawing and short written reflection to help your body get comfortable receiving and circulating money.

Each day, you receive an email with a specific dollar amount. You open your sketchbook and draw objects you would buy with that amount of money, as if the money is already yours. Some days you may draw one object. Other days, several. The only guideline is that the prices of what you draw add up to the amount for that day.

Next to your drawing, you'll write a few sentences describing how it felt to spend that money, written in the past tense, as if it already happened.

You will start with $10 on day one and go up to $50,000,000 on day 72!

How the money manifesting practice Works:

On day one, you will get an email with a small amount of money. For the next 72-days, that amount will increase and each day you will sketch an object or experience that adds up to that dollar amount.

As the numbers grow, so does your capacity to imagine, hold, and move money without tension. By the end of the practice, you are working with a large sum of money in a way that feels grounded instead of overwhelming.

Be sure to get a sketchbook that has 144 pages, giving you space to stay with the experience.

When you sketch your pretend $10 purchase, you are sending a clear signal that spending money is safe, normal, and available to you. Your brain does not separate real from imagined experience. It responds to repetition and feeling.

Each day, the amount grows. With every sketch, you are rehearsing abundance. You are building familiarity with larger numbers. You are loosening old limits. By the end of 72 days, you are no longer shocked by big amounts. You are comfortable with them. You are fluent in them.
