SMS Terms of Service

By subscribing to our SMS text message service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SMS Program Description

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you consent to receive texts related to promotions, special offers, event updates, or important alerts. Message frequency will vary but typically won’t exceed 4 messages per month.

2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you are giving explicit consent to receive SMS communications from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Charges and Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are based on your mobile service provider’s rate plan. You are responsible for any costs incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving our messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive. After you send “STOP,” you’ll receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from us.
