spend three mornings with me falling back in love with your life.

For three mornings, you’ll put the dishes, deadlines, and endless to-do list on pause. Together on Zoom, I’ll teach the creative mindset shifts I use to choose happiness, build momentum, and move toward the life I want.

You’ll have time to reflect, paint, journal, dream, laugh, and begin creating a plan for the life you’ve been quietly wanting. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and excited about what’s next.

Remember when you used to lose track of time doing something you loved?

Imagine waking up on July 22, 23, and 24 knowing you’ve carved out three mornings just for you. Bring a cup of coffee, a sketchbook, and your art supplies. I’ll take care of the rest. Together, we’ll explore a creative journaling process that helps you uncover what matters most, dream a little bigger, and begin creating a roadmap for your next chapter. You’ll leave each session with fresh ideas, renewed excitement, and plenty to keep exploring long after we log off.

You could keep waiting for the perfect time.
Or you could spend three mornings creating it.

What If I Don’t Know What I Want?

You’re not alone. After years of taking care of everyone else, building a career, raising a family, or simply keeping up with life, it’s easy to lose touch with the question, “What do I actually want?” or "How can I find happiness again?" This workshop will helping you find your inner magic and be excited to play with it again.

Give yourself the time to focus on you and your dreams.

For three mornings, put yourself on your own calendar. Slow down, dream a little bigger, and create a plan for the life you’re excited to live.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

  • A clear vision of what excites you most

  • 5-10 steps you are excited to take in next couple of months

  • A collection of creative exercises you can return to anytime

  • More confidence in your ability to trust yourself

  • A group full of women cheering you on

I've spent years using my sketchbook and watercolors to make my life's biggest dreams come true

From building communities and writing books to teaching college students and hosting retreats in France, the biggest changes in my life started when I got clear on what I wanted and took one small step forward.

These art journaling prompts are what I return every time to help me figure out what’s next for me.

3 Live Calls That Will Add the Magic and the Excitement Back into Your Life

Day 1: Figure Out What Will Make Your Soul Happy

Most women skip this step. You may have spent years chasing goals you think you "should" want without ever stopping to ask what you truly want.

On Day 1, we’re slowing down long enough to listen.

You’ll uncover the qualities, experiences, and dreams that keep calling your name and begin creating a clear picture of the life you’re meant to build.

Day 2: Get Inside Your Dreams

Most people aren’t stuck because they lack motivation. They’re stuck because they lack clarity.

On Day 2, we’ll clear away the noise and uncover the dreams, happiness, fun experiences, and goals that matter most to you. Because once you’re clear on where you’re going, making decisions becomes a whole lot more fun.

Day 3: Build Your Dream Vision

Dreaming is fun. Knowing exactly what to do next is where life starts to change.

On Day 3, we’ll turn your biggest dreams into a simple, easy to follow plan for the next 90 days. You’ll identify the goals and dreams that matter to you most, decide what deserves your attention right now, and create clear next steps you are excited to follow.

You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and momentum to a happy, fulfilled life. Plus you will also have a support group to check in with after the workshop is over.

A Private 30-Minute Session with Jen

After the workshop, you’ll have a private coaching session with Jen to clarify your next steps, work through any roadblocks, and build momentum for the chapter you’re stepping into.

30-Day Follow-Up Gathering

Come back together to share wins, insights, and what’s changed since the workshop.

“Instead of ending up with a broad list of things I should do, I left inspired and had a clear picture of what I actually wanted to do and a practical plan for how to get there.”
— Niki S.

Your Dreams Don’t Need More Time.
They Need You.

Most people don’t have a dream problem. They have a follow-through problem. They know they want to feel happier. Maybe that is fulfilled through travel, starting a business doing what you love to do, sharing your story through a book. Maybe it's taking the class, making a change, or maybe most importantly, simply it figuring out how to feel more alive. But life gets busy. The dream gets pushed to “later,” and another year slips by.

That’s where this process is different. Together, we’ll take the ideas living in your head and turn them into something real.

You’ll create a journal filled with dreams, plans, and next steps, all designed by your own hand with happiness in mind. You leave with your own guide book, that can hold, revisit, and flip through whenever life gets noisy. Instead of wondering what’s next, you’ll have a clear path forward. A plan that reminds you every day where you’re going and why it matters.

Photo of my sketchbook.

this is where you stop waiting for permission and start moving.

  • You don't need more time. You need a moment to hear yourself. To quiet the noise. To remember what lights you up.

  • When you get your ideas out of your head and onto paper, everything shifts. The fog starts to lift. Your dreams go from vague to vivid. The "someday" list starts turning into a plan you can actually feel excited about.

  • Over three creative mornings, you'll reconnect with what matters most, explore what's next, and design a roadmap that feels like you. Not someone else. Not what you think you should do. You.

There is something that happens when you get your dreams out of your head and onto paper.

When you sketch it, paint around it, letter it in your own handwriting, and give it a place on the page, it stops being a passing thought. It becomes something you can see, revisit, and build toward. What once felt far away starts feeling possible. And what felt like “someday” begins finding its way onto your calendar.

This workshop resurfaced the desire to be an art therapist I had as a teenager, but rather than go the clinical route Im going to explore the art for wellbeing route. Can't stop flicking through my sketchbook pouring through the pages and re-reading everything that came out, thank you.

This workshop  came into my life at exactly the right time! To say it changed my life is not exaggerating. The workshop is uplifting, inspiring and affirming. This course has been a gift to me and I believe it will be to other women as well! - April F.

I’ve done plenty of goal-setting courses before, but this felt completely different. Instead of ending up with a broad list of things I should do, I left with a clear picture and a practical plan for how to get there. The creative process helped me see patterns I hadn’t noticed before, and breaking everything into small steps made my goals feel possible instead of overwhelming. I left feeling focused, inspired, and genuinely excited about what’s next.  — Niki S.

FAQs

Do I need to be an Artist?

If you can draw a box, write a word, and choose a color, you can do every single thing in this experience. Women who haven't picked up a paintbrush since the third grade have walked away holding sketchbook pages that made them cry — in the best way.

What Supplies Do I Need?

The basics: a sketchbook of your choice, watercolors, a few good pens (Micron and Tombow brush pens are favorites), washi tape, and index cards. Nothing expensive. Nothing you need to buy special.

What If I Don't Know What I Want Yet?

That's precisely why you're here. The exercises in The Art of Becoming Sketchbook Workshop are designed to draw out what you already know but haven't had space to hear. You don't show up with answers. You show up with a pen. The pages do the rest.

How Much Time Will This Take Each Day?

One hour to an hour and a half a day for the live session, plus the time you want to give yourself to finish and design your sketchbook pages. Plan on a quiet hour after dinner when you put on music and make your pages beautiful. Some women spend 20 minutes. Some spend two hours.

What life are you going to choose?

Choice A: Stay the Same.
You close this page and decide not to sign up for this workshop. You tell yourself you’ll get to it later or you don't have the money. A year goes by. Your routines are the same. Your job is the same. Your dreams become dimer. The things you’ve been meaning to do are still sitting on the list. Life isn’t bad. It’s just familiar. And five years from now, it still looks remarkably similar.

Choice B: Start Something.
You decide that this is the moment you stop waiting. You don't even know where you are going but one small step leads to another. One decision creates confidence for the next and you start trusting yourself more. Trying more. Saying yes more.

The opportunities, friendships, adventures, and ideas that show up come from becoming the kind of woman who takes action. Five years from now, your life looks completely different.

What life will you choose?

Yes, I Am Ready to Bet on Myself.
