Do you feel disconnected?

Do you feel disconnected?

From yourself.

From your creativity.

From that inner fire that used to feel so alive?

If you’ve been feeling a little lost in the chaos of life lately—you’re not alone.

But that wild, wise part of you? She’s still in there. And she’s ready to come back.

Join us for Women Who Run With the Wolves: A Yoga & Creativity Workshop.

This is your chance to move, breathe, create, and reconnect with the version of you that’s been waiting.

You’ll leave feeling:

• Grounded

• Clear

• Reconnected with your inner power

No yoga experience needed. No art skills required. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.

If this is tugging at you, trust it.

You’re welcome to just show up—we’ve got space for you.

What to Expect

Breathwork & Movement to the Beat

You’ll begin with grounding breathwork like Lion’s Breath and deep sighs, then flow into intuitive stretching and primal movement—guided by Nichole’s bad bitch playlist featuring her favorite female hip hop artists. You’ll shake, sway, and move in your own way, awakening confidence and creative energy.

Inspired Primative Movements

You’ll move through a yoga sequence designed to help you reconnect with your body and your breath—exploring themes of grounding, expression, and freedom. It’s not about perfect poses; it’s about tuning in and honoring whatever is rising within you.

The practice closes with slow, intentional stretching and deep relaxation, set to calming R&B tracks by powerful female vocalists. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and more connected to the woman within.

Creative Reflection: Pebble Drawing

At the end of class you will tap into your intuition with a creative art exercise. You’ll use markers and watercolors to create an abstract expression of what you’ve uncovered—no art experience needed. This process invites intuition, reflection, and play.
