3rd ANNUAL SUMMER ART GANG!


The Summer Art Gang, a fun and creative community for youth to explore different art projects and techniques. All sessions take place at the art buildings on University of Nebraska Lincoln's campus.

All art supplies are provided. Bring your sack lunch!

The Art Gang is a supportive and inclusive community where creative types (8-15 yrs old) can express themselves freely and have fun while creating.

Class topics are subject to change, classes meet every other Wednesday:

  • June 12th 11:00-1:00: Portrait Collages
  • June 26th 11:00-1:00: Paper Plushies
  • July 10th 11:00-1:00: Foam Stamps 
  • July 24th 11:00-1:00: Printmaking
  • August 7th 11:00-1:00: Making Art in the Wood Shop

    Class projects are subject to change


THE ART GANG SOCIAL APP

Your artist will be a part of an invite-only community of young artists. The app allows them to message new friends, share art, and make new life-long friendships.

 The Art Gang App has:

– Calendar with all important dates, times and locations
– Reminders before each event
– Daily drawing challenges
– A place to post their art and message new friends
